SelfKind: A Short Course

Welcome to SelfKind: A Short Course! There are a number of principles that underpin 'what we do 'round here' and this short course will step you through those. The course is broken up into 8 short videos, totaling just over 60 minutes. Work your way through at your own pace and, of course, if you have any questions, come ask them over in the SelfKind Hub members Facebook Group or email Erica - erica@ericawebb.com.au
