Better Than Drying the Dishes (1195)

Better Than Drying Dishes (1195) In this livestream replay from Thursday 8th October 2020, we use a tea towel (or resistance band) to find mobility and movement through the shoulders, while finding stability through the trunk. We also spend some time finding connection between the pelvis and ribcage, easing tension and finding stability through the belly and back. Shoulders, back, hips, stability ... it's all in there.

Neck and Shoulder Tension Sequence (1131)

This 30 minute sequence is one of my go-to's when I have shoulder tension or a headache.

Three simple movements. But don't be put off by the simplicity. Simplicity can be very powerful.

Have a pillow or a couple of blankets or towels handy.
