Upper Body Reset (1158) This session is designed to get your upper body moving. We focus on the shoulders and upper back to ease out tension from sitting at the computer, using your phone and all the other things that can impact upper body tension!

This super simple movement gets the shoulder blades moving to increase range of motion. As it is a somatic exercise, pay attention to the FEEL of it and focus on the slow and controlled release of effort. Remember: Less is More.
