Shoulder Strength and Control (1184) In this livestream replay from 10 September 2020, we talk about and explore the ways in which we can create both stability AND mobility in the shoulders. We work with some somatic movement to bring more ease into the shoulders, then layer in strengthening and mobilising movements.

This super simple movement gets the shoulder blades moving to increase range of motion. As it is a somatic exercise, pay attention to the FEEL of it and focus on the slow and controlled release of effort. Remember: Less is More.
