Shoulder Slides (1133)

Shoulder Slides (1133) Tense shoulders? Feeling the ache after spending lots of time on the computer/phone/(insert all the other things here)?

This super simple movement gets the shoulder blades moving to increase range of motion. As it is a somatic exercise, pay attention to the FEEL of it and focus on the slow and controlled release of effort. Remember: Less is More.

This 30 minute sequence is one of my go-to's when I have shoulder tension or a headache.

Three simple movements. But don't be put off by the simplicity. Simplicity can be very powerful.
