Week 6: Somatic Exercise - movement as the language of the body
Welcome to Week 6! This week, we're looking more specifically at MOVEMENT as a tool for self-care and, more specifically still, somatic exercise. Essentially we're exploring how movement is the language of your body. Using it to communicate with yourself is a rather wonderful strategy for more comfort in your own skin.
