Hips & Shoulder Week 3 (1266) In this livestream replay from Monday 3rd May, we use a yoga block (or book/folded blanket) to explore isolated shoulder movement and hip rotation. After some bridge variations we move through a fun flow from a low lunge to gate, pointer and a fun play on pigeon pose. This is a fun strength and mobility based session for hips and shoulders.
