Hips & Shoulders Week 10 (1278) In this livestream replay from Monday 21 June 2021 we grab a tea towel (or resistance band or yoga strap) to explore shoulder mobility and stability while also playing with bridge pose, a stretch for the inner thigh and some hip strengthening and lengthening. Expect lots of rotational movement that will unwind from head to toe.
