Hips & Shoulders Week 5 (1270) In this livestream replay from Monday 17th May 2021, we warm up with bridge rolls before exploring hip and foot mobility in 'cycling'. We then explore some side-lying movement for hip strength and upper body mobility before rolling around from side to belly to explore a back lift. We finish up with some low lunges and twisting for an all round hip and upper back mobility session!
