Pelvic Floor Connections (1171) In this session we're going to use breath and movement to explore our connections with the pelvic floor and gently work to both strengthen and intentionally release effort in these muscles. We talk about the relationship between the breathing diaphragm and pelvic floor and exploring/reintroducing the reflexive tone in this area.
