Subtle Strength (1188) In this Livestream Replay from Sunday 20th September 2020, we explore using small weights for subtle strength. 500g or 1kg handweights or even a couple of cans of beans will do! We'll move mindfully through some pilates and yoga movements to find strength, ease and control through the core, shoulders, legs and hips.
