Better Than Drying Dishes (1195) In this livestream replay from Thursday 8th October 2020, we use a tea towel (or resistance band) to find mobility and movement through the shoulders, while finding stability through the trunk. We also spend some time finding connection between the pelvis and ribcage, easing tension and finding stability through the belly and back. Shoulders, back, hips, stability ... it's all in there.
