Corner to Corner (1393) In this livestream replay we're playing with diagonals! Think the relationships from corner to corner - shoulder to the opposite hip or even hand to the opposite foot. We start standing to warm up the body, then come to the floor for a combination of somatics, pilates and yoga to find more balance corner to corner.
