Edge of the Bed Wind Down (1325) This is a simple session focusing on winding down before bed (or whenever!). From some spinal movement to a gentle hip mobilisation and foot massage, it's a gentle way to wind down. We finish with some breathing and from there you can tuck yourself in for a sweet sleep.
