From the top down (1353) In this livestream replay we're starting with some standing shoulder moves, moving into some chair exploration (with some single-leg chair balances) before taking it down to kneeling for some hip play in a mini warrior two. Then, it's right down to the floor for some give-your-neck-some-love side-lying twists.
