Full Body Chair Session (1124) Grab a sturdy chair and enjoy this full-body session, where we'll target the hips, spine , shoulders and feet.

Note: If your chair is too high relative to your height, you could use something else, like a low stool or modify the poses that ask you to put your foot on the seat of the chair if that feels like too much.
