High Low (1282) In this livestream replay from Monday 5th July 2021, we take it high then take it low. Expect some standing movements to explore stability and hip strength before we bring it all the way to the floor to lay on our bellies to explore some backbends before some playful variations on cat. We then wrap it all up with a bit of cross body coordination with a somatic reaching sequence.
