Jiggle, Step and Breathe (1549) A standing practice - great as a desk break, and an opportunity to play with the balance of effort and ease. We start with a jiggle, move into roll downs and squats before exploring a Warrior 2 and Triangle flow. We finish off with some focused breathing.
