Keeping it Low, Feeling it Slow (1350) As the name implies, we're keeping it low and feeling it slow in this session. Gentle movement to bring more awareness and ease to the shoulders, spine, hips and legs. We're twisting, reaching and doing some hamstring stretch exploration. All from a supported position on the floor.
