Leading with the Breath (1355) In this livestream replay we're focusing our attention on our breath, starting with a seated breathing practice and moving into some gentle moves that coordinate with the breath. A centering practice that incorporates some slightly more active movements from all 4s if you choose (think pointer and down dog).
