Masterclass: The Balanced Hip (August 2020) (1174) In this live masterclass replay we talk about the four elements of a 'balanced hip' - ease, specificity, strength and mobility/flexibility. This is a theory based session that explores the anatomy of the hip as well as practical considerations for creating more comfort, ease, strength and function in the hips. This masterclass is accompanied by a four part series of classes (sessions 1175, 1176, 1177 and 1178) which can be found in the library.
