Rest and Restore Restorative Yoga (1185) In this session, get ready to rest and allow your body to do its magic. We start off with some gentle somatic movement to unwind tension and ready our body for rest. Then, we set up and enjoy a series of restorative postures, supporting ourselves with blankets and pillows, and stay there for several minutes in each position. Be sure to re-hydrate after this session with water!
