The Art of Balancing: Swim with me (1322) In this session we are exploring movements on all 4s and side-lying to unwind tight hips, shoulders and upper backs as well as playing with shoulder stability. We also explore some circular-ish movements that sometimes feel a bit like swimming (hence the name!).
