Hip Hype (1527)

Hip Hype (1527) This session is all about the hips and, in particular, hip strength. We do chair pose (using a chair!), then work on hip flexor strength as well as your capacity to internally and externally rotate the hip. Throw in some balance and a lovely little side bend and this session is a quick but effective love-note to the whole body.
