Masterclass February 2024: Q&A (1569) In this masterclass session I'm answering your questions! We dip into two questions - 1) tips around movement from bed when unwell; and, 2) short movements for anxiety and stress that don't require a lot of time or rolling out the mat.

All Over Unwind (1566) We're loving up on our shoulders, hips and neck in this session. We start on a rolled blanket (or half foam roller) to explore shoulder movement, and finish with some neck love using a block. In between? Some twisting, bridging and gate pose.

Walk Roll Twist (1568) We start up on our feet for this session with some mindful walking before checking in with some mindful squats and lunges that are more about the sensations than the reps. Then it's down to the floor for some somatic hip love.

We start with the basic exercise and some hands-on-face to nurture the vagus nerve, then explore a whole bunch of gentle hip somatics to find more freedom and ease.

Happy Hip Balancing (1564) We're combining hip-loving movements with balancing in this session. Grab a block and something to support you (a dowel, broomstick, chair or wall will do the trick!) and let's play with step ups, hip hitches, balancing and some Warrior action to cap it off.
