We want our pelvic floor muscles - just like any other muscle in our body - to be able to contract AND relax. However, it's not uncommon to chronically tense this part of the body. So ... let's say hello to the pelvic floor. Using the breath and movement we'll explore ways to shift pelvic floor tension.
