Roll It Out (1222) In this livestream replay from Wednesday 25th November 2020, we use a rolled blanket to get a sense of expansion across the chest and upper back, then down the sides of the body before taking time in a supported 'legs up' position with the blanket under our hips. A great wind down session or any time you need to shift tension from the upper body, shoulders and back.
