And that's why I'm here. You can think of me as your personal Mindful Movement Coach.

 

The Virtual Studio is also a place of community and connection. A space where you can ask questions and get feedback directly from me. 
 


The power of mindful movement and cultivating curiosity is profound.

Through tapping into the mind-body connection, you can find ways to move that help your body feel good. You will develop a toolbox of movement practices that you can draw upon to help you unwind physical tension, increase flexibility and strength, as well as deepening your capacity to be kind to yourself.

 

Through movement, you will shift beyond habit into possibility - to find a place where you are capable of working WITH your body, rather than against it - recognising your body as an ally, not an enemy.

The Mindful Movement Sounds Great ... What's the Investment?

Your Mindful Movement Virtual Studio membership is: 

just $27 per month.

A single class in the studio will cost you somewhere between $20 - $30 - at the rate of one class per week, that's at least an $80 monthly investment. 

Use the Virtual Studio to supplement and complement your in-person classes OR use it to create a truly bespoke practice schedule at home, around the times and days that suit you. 

Plus, there's no lock-in contract, so if you find the Mindful Movement Virtual Studio isn't right for you, you can cancel any time.

A little more about me ... I'm Erica Webb, your Mindful Movement Coach. Using Yoga, Pilates and Somatic Exercise, I help busy people who are ready to prioritise their self-care and wellbeing shift from tense and disconnected to feeling flexible, strong and reconnected with their body.

 

My approach to movement centers on the recognition that kindness matters and that it, coupled with curiosity, can transform our experience.

I've been teaching movement for the past 10 years and credit my movement practice with helping me navigate life. I'm passionate about helping others find the gifts in movement - to not only improve the way we feel and move, but also to better understand ourselves, and to treat ourselves with kindness (which hasn't come naturally to me at all!). 

I'm a mum of two boys (aged 5 and 7) and one fur-boy (he joins me to film new sessions!), a wife, business owner, cookie-a-holic and passionate reader. I like to draw, dance, drink red wine and find shapes in clouds. 

Sharing movement with others is absolutely my calling in life. I can't wait to share it with you.
