And you can do all of this from the comfort of your own home - no travel required. This means you can fit it into the spaces in your life as it suits you.
The Mindful Movement Virtual Studio is more than a library of movement classes.
It's an opportunity to commit to a practice that constantly re-fills your cup, so that you feel good and have the capacity to be and do all the things you desire.
At the core of the Mindful Movement Virtual Studio is the recognition that we all need support.
And that's why I'm here. You can think of me as your personal Mindful Movement Coach.
The Virtual Studio is also a place of community and connection. A space where you can ask questions and get feedback directly from me.
The power of mindful movement and cultivating curiosity is profound.
Through tapping into the mind-body connection, you can find ways to move that help your body feel good. You will develop a toolbox of movement practices that you can draw upon to help you unwind physical tension, increase flexibility and strength, as well as deepening your capacity to be kind to yourself.
Through movement, you will shift beyond habit into possibility - to find a place where you are capable of working WITH your body, rather than against it - recognising your body as an ally, not an enemy.

Your Mindful Movement Virtual Studio membership is just $27 per month.
A single class in the studio will cost you somewhere between $20 - $30 - at the rate of one class per week, that's at least an $80 monthly investment.
Use the Virtual Studio to supplement and complement your in-person classes OR use it to create a truly bespoke practice schedule at home, around the times and days that suit you.
Plus, there's no lock-in contract, so if you find the Mindful Movement Virtual Studio isn't right for you, you can cancel any time.
