Hi there, I'm Erica Webb - a mindful movement coach.

Using Yoga, Pilates and Somatic Exercise, I help busy people who are ready to prioritise their self-care and wellbeing shift from tense and disconnected to feeling flexible, strong and reconnected with their body.

My approach to movement centers on the recognition that kindness matters and that it, coupled with curiosity, can transform our experience.

In this video series, I, along with a few of my favourite experts, want to show you how mindful movement can transform your experience of your body, being and the world around you. And, importantly, how kindness and curiosity fit into that.

We’ll talk practicalities – how do we actually move from ‘I want to do this’ to ‘I know how to do this and I am doing it.’

Because when we get really clear on our WHY for moving more, we come to see that it’s not something we ‘should’ be doing, but rather something we ‘could’ be doing in order to feel and be the way we desire.

From building strength and flexibility to managing physical tension and emotional stress, we’ll touch on it all.

My hope is that by the end of the series you’ll feel inspired to move as a form of self-kindness and self-care and you’ll have some practical tips to make it a reality.

You’ll shift from feeling that movement is just another ‘should’ on your to-do list to seeing it as a ‘could’ full of possibility.

I have some wonderful people for you to hear from:

Mel Simon: Myotherapist extraordinaire will help us understand the ways that mindful movements like yoga and Pilates can impact how our bodies hold tension.

Simone Russell: Occupational Therapist and Holistic Health Coach will talk about the relationship between stress management and our movement practice and how we can balance stress of finding the time with the desire to actually do it.

Kerry McGregor: Yoga teacher and one of my favourite deep-thinkers will consider how our movement practice can expand our perspective beyond the four edges of our mat.

Karen Bleakley: Business owner & mum will talk about her personal experience with prioritising movement as a form of self care and how she makes this work as a busy mum of three, also running her own business and living away from family.

And me, Erica Webb: Yoga, Pilates and Somatic Exercise Coach. I'm also a mum, business owner and passionate about helping you find ways to incorporate more movement into your life and more kindness.
